This publication is a technical correction of the STU release 2.0.0. It corrects defects in the DiagnosticReport, Medical Test Result and BodyStructure profiles, adds the SNOMED CT concepts that were missing from the site qualifier value set, and aligns the model maps with version 1.0.0 of the Xt-EHR EHDS logical models. It also extends the reference targets of MedicalTestResultEuCore.focus, which the HL7 Europe Laboratory Report IG needs in order to apply its own resolution of FHIR-57055.
