Deployment profiles

The specification defines two main documents:

1. (Imaging Manifest)[imaging-manifest.html], represents the data stored in a PACS, there will be one document per imaging study.
2. (Imaging Report)[imaging-], a (radiology) report on one or more imaging studies.
