- Composition: Presented Form – Adds a human-readable representation of the entire document; multiple equivalent formats allowed.
- Consent: Related Condition – Links the living will to the related condition or disorder.
- Encounter: Legal Status – Captures the patient’s legal status at admission (e.g. voluntary, involuntary, legal authority, forensic).
- Medication: Package Type – Defines the type of container for the medication (e.g. bottle, unit-dose blister, pre-filled pen).
